We want our refund terms to be clear and fair before you order.

Our Refund Policy

If you cancel before we start work, we will refund our service fee in full. If you cancel after work has started, we will refund the part of the service we have not yet delivered; work already completed is not refundable. For annual services, you can cancel at any time before the renewal date and you will not be charged for the next year. We do not give partial refunds for a service year that has already started. To request a refund, contact us by email or phone.

Important Exceptions

Government and third-party fees, such as Companies Registry and business registration fees and bank or payment processor charges, cannot be refunded once they have been paid on your behalf.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are paid within 14 days to your original payment method (the card or bank account you used to pay).
